Starz Health Agency is a Registered Nurses Agency with staff experienced in hospitals, aged care facilities, and rehabilitation facilities. We boast of an impeccable and experienced pool of nurses within these areas. Our vision is to establish a robust healthcare network in Australia. We can provide staff within the following sections in the hospital;
ICU, ED, Theatre, Paediatric, Mental health, as well as Medical-surgical.
Aged Care
Starz Health Agency employs registered nurses, nursing assistants, and personal care attendants who are experienced in utilising the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
AFTER HOURS SERVICE
After hours facilities are maintained at most locations and mobile phone service is maintained round the clock for all nursing emergencies. Booking facilities are available on our website for advance bookings. This enables busy clients to arrange all their homes and family care requirements at the most convenient time to them.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
All our employees undergo personal interviews and thorough screenings. They are not recruited until their skills, character traits, experience and suitability for home referrals have been assessed. Police clearances are conducted in accordance with NSW State Regulations. Until all these security measures have been completed, no details are ever divulged about a client’s family or requirements. Clients feel reassured that their family and belongings are respected and that their privacy will not be violated.

LIAISON AND CHOICE
A feedback policy is in place to ensure client satisfaction. This is an essential factor in strengthening the liaison between clients and the agency. Any concerns are attended to promptly by Management. The client retains the right to accept or refuse the services of any nurse we provide.

STAFF REPLACEMENT
Should one of our nurses fall ill, have an accident or due to personal emergency be unable to attend the client’s booking, we will endeavour to provide a replacement with reasonable notice.
